ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Yes. Every product is handmade by me in Sydney. Small differences in fabric placement, pattern positioning or finish may occur and make each item unique.
ARE YOUR SEWING KITS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Many kits are designed with beginners in mind. Check each listing for the recommended skill level and any tools or equipment required.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SEWING KIT?
Each listing explains exactly what is included and identifies anything you need to provide, such as a sewing machine, scissors or basic sewing tools.
DO YOU USE LIBERTY FABRICS?
Selected products and kits feature Liberty of London fabrics. Please check the individual product description for details.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Ready-made orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom, personalised or made-to-order products may take longer.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Orders under $20 have $2 postage and packaging. Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping. Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collection may be available from selected markets, exhibitions or by prior arrangement. Please contact me before ordering.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please see the Returns & Refunds page. Change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted, but your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products are protected under Australian Consumer Law.
CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
A size exchange may be possible if you contact me within 14 days and the garment is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Return and redelivery postage is the customer’s responsibility.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom requests may be available depending on materials, timing and workload. Contact me with your idea and required date before ordering.
WHY DOES MY ITEM LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTO?
Fabric pattern placement and colour can vary slightly between handmade items. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEM?
Follow the care instructions included with your purchase or shown in the listing. If unsure, contact me before washing or cleaning the item.
