PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-made products are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days. Handmade-to-order, personalised or custom products may require additional time. Where a different timeframe applies, it will be shown in the product description or confirmed after ordering.Processing may take slightly longer during busy market, exhibition and holiday periods.
SHIPPING COSTS
• Orders under $20: $2 postage and packaging• Orders over $100: Free standard shipping• Shipping for other orders is calculated and displayed at checkout
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or postal delays outside my control.
TRACKING
Where tracking is included with your selected shipping method, details will be sent to the email address supplied with your order.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please check your name and delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. An address may not be able to be changed after dispatch.
DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact me through the website contact form. I will help check the tracking information and, where appropriate, lodge an enquiry with the delivery provider.
LOCAL PICKUP AND EVENT COLLECTION
Local pickup or collection at an upcoming event may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.
